This is the man that represents all South Africans, and he is literally making our country a laughing stock on a global scale. I've seen or received jokes lampooning the man in one way or another from the States, Australia, two or three places in Europe. Hell, the whole damn world is laughing at us. "Cultural practice" excuses do not wash here. The man is a sex-fiend, can't keep his dick in his trousers, and when he does have it out, continues to refuse to wear a condom. This despite telling the nation less than 2 months ago that HIV/Aids can be eradicated through sensible safe-sex practices and the improvement of the nations' morals and behaviours.
