We’ve added detailed ticket pricing information and a set of stadium layouts indicating block numbers based on the information available at this stage. See below.
Here are the details we have so far, with updated links, layouts and pricing information to be added as it becomes available.

Coldplay South Africa Tour Itinerary

Cape Town

When: Wednesday, 5th October 2011
Where: Cape Town Stadium, Green Point, Cape Town
How much: From R265 – R665

  • R665.00: Golden Circle Standing
  • R415.00: General Admission Standing
  • R565.00: West Stand 101 to 104, 129 to 132, 229 & East Stand 112 to 116, 117 to 121 & 212 to 216, 217 to 221
  • R515.00: South Stand 122 to 128 & 222 to 228
  • R365.00: South Stand 324 to 331
  • R265.00: West Stand 304 & 305, 332 & 333 & East Stand 314, 322 & 323
  • * R665.00: Business Lounges 401 to 403 & 430 to 432

This list is a combination of two sources with discrepancies highlighted in bold. Please confirm your ticket and seating information before making any purchases, especially if booking for one these highlighted areas!
* There is no mention of a “Business Lounge” ticket in the info from Big Concerts, nor is there any indication on the Computicket site as to what benefits this ticket includes.

Stage will be positioned on the right-hand side of the field. Match the required block number to the ticket information above. A better, colour coded stadium plan will be produced once clarity on seating allocations can be made.

  • R440.00: General Admission Standing
  • R565.00: Blocks 101 to 102, 103 to 104, 123 to 124, 125 to 133 & 144 to 150
  • R515.00: Blocks 218, 219 to 223, 232 to 234 & 234A
  • R390.00: Blocks 134 to 137, 138 to 139, 140 to 143 & 224 to 231
  • R365.00: Blocks 500, 523 to 529, 530 to 538 & 539 to 545

  • All seating in the stands (blocks) is raised. The grandstand seat numbers run right to left when facing the stage. Field is unreserved standing.

Tickets will available from 09h00 on Thursday, 12th May exclusively via Computicket. www.computicket.com, 083 915 8000 ?

Ticket Limits: No ticket limit or limit of 20 through Computicket stores (depending on which site you’re looking at – CTicket says “no limit”, BC on FB says “max 20). They do agree on telephone and web booking limits though: 8 tickets per person through call centre, 8 tickets per person through Computicket web.
