K’naan does an incredible job marketing Coke-Cola and obviously took note of our “Fly the Flag” initiative. Goosebumps will be felt by all when you see all the flags waving in the crowd.

Hmm. Those hips sure don’t lie. No siree bob! Waka Waka! It’s the hip-shaker with SA’s very own Freshlyground on stage with a cast of hundreds! Pretty funky finale! We kept hoping that Shakira would lose the hula skirt though…

Black Eyed Peas in all their glory. Fergie in a little less than that, getting close to showing the planet her glory. I got a feeling tonight’s gonna be a good night for someone, especially if they meet her halfway!

Only enough time for a very short set from the mascara mavericks, but what a stage for them to showcase their undeniable talents. Go you good things – push them to the floor!
